At 1,800 meters above sea level, in the heart of Valle del Cauca, lies Finca Los Sauces. Here, the perfect combination of altitude, climate, and soil creates conditions that can't be replicated anywhere else in the world. Our coffee trees grow where clouds touch the earth, in mineral-rich soil that took centuries to achieve its perfect composition.
